Senior Legal Associate – International Arbitration & Corporate Law

About the role

Ioannis Vassardanis and Partners (IVP) is a boutique law firm in Athens with an international profile, focusing on International Arbitration, Energy, Construction, and Corporate law and M&As. We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate with at least four years of experience to join our team on site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and provide opinions on specific legal issues.
• Draft and process contractual agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Arrange procedural matters for ongoing projects and cases.
• Support litigious and arbitral proceedings and deliver general advisory work.

Required profile

• Admission to the Greek Bar.
• 4‑7 years of practicing law.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both oral and written, with English used as a working language.
• A Master’s degree (LLM) in a relevant field is an advantage, especially if completed in English.
