Legal Counsel – In‑house Legal Team

About the role

Grant Thornton Greece is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal department. The role supports the firm on commercial, corporate, labour and regulatory matters while ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to project managers on drafting, negotiating and managing contracts.
• Support internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain GDPR, AML, ISO and other regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on complex commercial, corporate and labour law issues.
• Assist with corporate governance matters such as Board minutes, powers of attorney, and track litigation files.

Required profile

• University degree in Law; Master’s in Business Law or Business is preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer in an in‑house legal department.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work cross‑functionally with strong judgment.
