Associate Lawyer - Financial Regulation Department

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer to join our leading Financial Regulation department, providing high‑quality legal services to international and domestic clients. The role involves handling complex regulatory matters, advising on compliance, and supporting transactions with regulated entities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on EU and domestic financial regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, AML, MAR, PSD2, CRR/CRD.
• Draft and review regulatory documentation and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on financial regulation topics.
• Support licensing procedures and communications with supervisory authorities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Required profile

• Law degree and license to practice law in Greece.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Post‑graduate degree and relevant experience in financial regulation is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EU financial regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, AML, MAR, PSD2, CRR/CRD).
