Senior Legal Associate – International Arbitration & Corporate Law

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Associate to join our boutique law firm in Athens. The role focuses on international arbitration, energy, construction, and corporate M&A matters, providing both advisory and contentious support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and issue opinions on specific legal issues.
• Draft and process contractual agreements, pleadings, and related documents.
• Arrange procedural matters for ongoing projects and cases.
• Support litigation and arbitral proceedings and deliver general advisory work.

Required profile

• Admission to the Greek Bar.
• 4–7 years of practising law.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both oral and written.
• A Master’s degree (LLM) in a relevant field, especially if completed in English, is an advantage.
