Senior Corporate Associate – Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate to join its leading corporate team in Athens. The role involves handling complex M&A transactions and providing strategic legal advice, particularly within the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate/M&A transactions for national and multinational corporates, private equity funds and institutional investors.
• Provide expert legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, especially in real estate and hospitality.
• Oversee due diligence and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex documentation such as share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Collaborate with international offices and manage cross‑border legal teams and projects.
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and transactional structuring.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Qualified in Greek law (qualification in England & Wales is an asset).
• 8+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate law with a strong focus on M&A.
• Proven experience in real estate and hospitality transactions.
• Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English.
