Senior Consultant / Manager – EU Institutions & Public Organizations

About the role

PwC is expanding its EU Institutions & Public Organizations consulting practice in Athens. As a Senior Consultant or Manager you will join a multidisciplinary team that partners with European institutions, international financial bodies, national governments and public sector organisations to design and implement high‑impact reforms and transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver workstreams for consulting assignments across digital transformation, infrastructure, energy transition, competitiveness, public‑sector reform, sustainability and social policy.
• Coach and coordinate small, multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring quality delivery and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop methodologies, analytical frameworks, governance models and implementation approaches to address complex client challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize evidence and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, facilitate discussions, present insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Contribute to the preparation of competitive tenders and proposals for strategic consulting opportunities across Europe.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and consulting teams across PwC’s European network to create innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Professional consulting experience at a senior associate or manager level, preferably within public‑sector or EU‑focused projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work across borders with teams throughout Europe.
