Senior Associate – Corporate Law & M&A

About the role

Bregiannos Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate to strengthen its Corporate and M&A team in Athens. You will be responsible for driving complex mergers, acquisitions and other high‑profile corporate transactions, working closely with partners and clients from the initial instruction through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex merger and acquisition deals.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to Greek and international clients across various sectors.
• Coordinate with partners, junior lawyers and external counsel to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance throughout the deal lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of practising experience in corporate law and M&A.
• LL.M. in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English with proven drafting abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and a genuine team spirit.
