Senior Associate – Corporate Law & Commercial Practice

About the role

Zepos & Yannopoulos is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join its Corporate Law & Commercial Practice Group. You will advise multinational clients on corporate, contractual and commercial matters, contributing to high‑value restructurings, M&A transactions and corporate financing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex client matters, own workstreams and coordinate project teams alongside partners.
• Mentor junior team members, providing day‑to‑day guidance and supporting their development.
• Advise on corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, financing and the establishment and operation of legal entities.
• Handle civil and commercial contract matters, consumer and market regulation at wholesale and retail levels.
• Participate in business development initiatives and practice growth activities.

Required profile

• Greek law degree with a postgraduate qualification (LLM or equivalent).
• Qualified attorney in Greece with 6‑8 years of post‑trainee experience in civil/commercial advisory or M&A.
• Native Greek speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• Strong academic background in civil, corporate and commercial law.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
