Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Regional Sales Director to lead our Greek sales operations for an international hotel group. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, elevating the positioning of luxury resorts, and expanding market presence across Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Define, execute, and monitor the regional Commercial Plan in Greece to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
• Prospect, negotiate, and retain strategic multi‑segment B2B and B2C accounts, including Tour Operators, DMCs, Corporate Accounts, and MICE agencies.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the local Sales Executive, setting clear performance targets and driving daily operational execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor benchmarking, delivering actionable reports to General Management and corporate leadership.
• Represent the company and property at national and international trade fairs, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events.
• Manage commercial systems (CRM/PMS) and coordinate across departments to ensure compliance with quality, legal, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial management experience in hospitality with a proven track record in team leadership and B2B/B2C business development.
• Strong network within the Greek travel industry and solid knowledge of hotel operations, distribution channels, and PMS/CRM systems.
• Professional proficiency in Greek and English; fluency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus.
• Results‑oriented leader with exceptional negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
