Retail Sales Consultant – Greece

About the role

The Retail Sales Consultant works closely with the Sales Manager to grow existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities across Greece. The role focuses on managing retail partners, implementing point‑of‑sale strategies, and ensuring Geberit products are presented according to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support retail sales partners within the assigned regions.
• Develop and implement POS strategies, including product selection, in partner outlets.
• Build and maintain a strong retail network and conduct key‑account management.
• Support marketing teams with campaigns, events, exhibitions and shows.
• Ensure Geberit brand and product presentation complies with corporate identity standards.
• Plan, organise and deliver product‑focused training for retail partners and their representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activity.
• Use CRM tools to record all sales‑related activities, customer data and project information.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in sanitary or related products.
• Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer data and activity tracking.
