Reservation Agent

About the role

As a Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, turning booking inquiries into smooth introductions to our hospitality experience. Working closely with Front Office, Sales and Operations, you will help ensure each reservation meets the high standards of ZEUS International Hotels & Resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Provide accurate information about rooms, amenities, services and hotel policies.
• Create, modify and cancel bookings with precision in the reservation system.
• Manage special requests and group bookings according to procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Sales to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling of packages and promotions.
• Address reservation‑related guest questions or concerns professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with reservation systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
