Recruitment Officer – International Hiring (Athens)

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join its global Recruitment Team from the Athens office. You will start by handling junior‑level international roles and progressively take on senior engineering positions as you become familiar with our processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, ensuring high client and candidate satisfaction while reducing time‑to‑fill.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, priorities, and timelines, providing regular progress updates.
• Source, engage and build networks of active and passive candidates across entry‑level to senior levels, creating talent communities for future needs.
• Maintain daily updates in the online recruitment system, ensuring data integrity and accurate candidate records.
• Promote Archirodon as an employer of choice, represent the brand at recruitment events and job fairs, and support bulk recruitment coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• BSc degree (engineering, HR, business or related field); MSc or equivalent in HR or related discipline is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet candidates and hiring managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.
• Use of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
