Real Estate Lawyer – International Law Firm – Athens

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join the Real Estate practice of a leading international law firm in Athens. The successful candidate will work on complex, high‑value domestic and cross‑border real estate matters, advising premium clients and collaborating with senior practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on real estate acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing.
• Handle real estate aspects of M&A, corporate transactions and development projects.
• Manage real estate finance, secured lending and title investigations.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Conduct due‑diligence exercises and provide regulatory and structuring advice to domestic and international clients.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer in Greece (or another jurisdiction with strong Greek real‑estate experience).
• 4–8+ years post‑qualification experience in real‑estate transactions, preferably at a leading firm.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic problem‑solving.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
