Corporate Senior Associate – Corporate & M&A

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate for its Athens corporate team. The role involves handling complex M&A transactions and managing client relationships, with a focus on real estate and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate/M&A transactions for national and multinational clients, private equity funds and institutional investors.
• Provide legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and related matters, especially in real estate and hospitality.
• Oversee due‑diligence processes, risk assessments and draft/ negotiate complex documentation such as share purchase and joint‑venture agreements.
• Collaborate with international offices, manage cross‑border teams and mentor junior associates.

Required profile

• Greek law qualified (qualification in England & Wales is an asset).
• 8+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate law with a strong M&A focus.
• Proven experience in real estate and hospitality transactions.
• Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
