Product Manager – Hospitality Tech (Athens)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology platform serving the hospitality sector across Europe. At an inflection point with multiple product lines, we need a sharp Product Manager to own the roadmap and drive delivery, working directly with the CEO and CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps across several workstreams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Engage with customers weekly, translate feedback into actionable features.
• Write clear, one‑page briefs that guide engineering before development starts.
• Prioritise ruthlessly when many items feel urgent.
• Push back on proposals that don’t make sense, including those from senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience in a marketplace, SaaS, or hospitality‑tech environment.
• Proven track record of shipping products in small, fast‑moving teams.
• Strong customer‑discovery habits – you regularly talk to users, not just read analytics.
• Excellent written communication; briefs should be concise and impactful.
• Fluent English; Greek or Italian is a strong plus.
