Technical IT Asset Management Consultant – ServiceNow SAM Pro

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Technical IT Asset Management Consultant to support clients in managing their IT ecosystems using ServiceNow, with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), Contract Management and Third‑Party Risk Management. The role can be junior or experienced and offers a hybrid working model in Thessaloniki.

Key responsibilities

• Configure forms, UI Policies, Business Rules and Flow Designer workflows in ServiceNow.
• Support SAM Pro activities including model creation, software inventory data, discovery, normalization, reconciliation and optimization.
• Implement and maintain Contract Management workflows, renewals, clauses, notifications and analytics.
• Support Third‑Party Risk Management processes such as vendor onboarding, assessments, scoring and issue tracking.
• Develop configurations and automations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer and REST integrations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external inventory, procurement, contract or risk systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with interest in IT Asset Management, IRM and process automation.

Required skills

• JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, REST APIs.
• ServiceNow platform experience, including Flow Designer and Glide scripting.
• Understanding of databases, data modeling and software licensing.
• Knowledge of SAM Pro, Contract Management and Third‑Party Risk Management concepts.
