Operations Manager - Hotel

About the role

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is hiring an Operations Manager in Corfu. The role oversees the daily running of the hotel and supervises all departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk and Food and Beverage.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel
• Supervise all departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk and Food and Beverage
• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures
• Manage and motivate the operational team
• Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service to all guests
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximise profitability
• Liaise with other departments to manage guest expectations and resolve issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
