F&B Manager

About the role

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is hiring an F&B Manager in Corfu. The role covers all food and beverage operations, from restaurants and bars to banquets and room service, and sits within a group committed to personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets and room service.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff on menu items, wine pairings and service etiquette.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
• Keep up with industry trends and innovations, and foster positive guest relationships while resolving issues professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar role.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, industry trends and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
