Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Norwegian‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join Concentrix’s Athens team. You will handle inbound communications for leading global brands and deliver memorable experiences to a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails and live‑chat interactions in Norwegian.
• Identify customers’ needs, provide accurate information and resolve issues.
• Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
• Meet personal and team targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Fluent in Norwegian and good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and ability to understand customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
