Mobile Development Team Lead

About the role

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Development Team Lead to drive the technical direction, development activities, and day‑to‑day coordination of its mobile engineering capability. This hands‑on leadership role will guide a team of developers, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, QA engineers and agile delivery leads to deliver high‑quality mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and support to developers.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day development activities, workload planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, test automation and monitor application performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team‑lead role.
• Strong experience in native iOS (Swift) or native Android (Kotlin) development, or both.
• Proven experience with mobile architecture patterns and API/backend integration.
