Legal Counsel – Group Corporate & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support to our Group’s operations across Greece, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions. The role advises senior management and business stakeholders on corporate governance, finance, HR and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Offer strategic legal counsel to senior management on a broad range of regulatory issues.
• Manage corporate governance and housekeeping for Greek and Luxembourg entities and coordinate legal affairs across worldwide subsidiaries.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, including employment contracts, NDAs, DPAs and public procurement contracts.
• Prepare legal documents and pleadings for courts and administrative authorities.
• Support public procurement procedures and manage litigation, supervising external counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
• Update employee handbooks, codes of conduct, internal policies and compliance documentation.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments across jurisdictions and advise on risks and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Law and membership of a Greek Bar Association.
• 5‑8 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in an international corporate environment or leading law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate law, corporate governance and multinational corporate structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English, and strong command of French.
• LL.M. or experience in EU law, public procurement, employment or commercial contract law is an asset.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
