About the role

Pharmathen is looking for an experienced Attorney at Law to join its Legal team at the Marousi campus. As an in‑house legal counsel you will support the company’s operations across the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice on a wide range of issues affecting the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as vendor agreements and service contracts.
• Guide managers and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research, risk assessments, and monitor changes in pharmaceutical law.
• Represent the company in administrative boards, court proceedings, or coordinate external counsel.
• Communicate legal matters to non‑legal audiences and develop practical solutions.
• Contribute to policy development, employee training, and internal procedures.

Required profile

• LLB degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and good standing.
• LLM degree is a plus.
• Strong background across multiple legal practice areas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
