Legal Counsel – Group Corporate & Operations

About the role

The Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal support to the Group’s operations across Greece, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions. You will advise senior management and business stakeholders on corporate governance, finance, HR and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Offer strategic legal counsel on a broad range of regulatory issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, finance, employment and industry‑specific laws.
• Manage corporate housekeeping for Greek and Luxembourg entities and coordinate legal affairs across worldwide subsidiaries.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, including employment contracts, NDAs, DPAs and procurement contracts.
• Prepare legal documents for courts and administrative authorities and support public procurement procedures.
• Oversee litigation matters and supervise external counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
• Update employee handbooks, codes of conduct, internal policies and compliance documentation.
• Monitor legal developments across jurisdictions and advise on risk mitigation.

Required profile

• University degree in Law and membership of a Greek Bar Association.
• 5‑8 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in an international corporate environment or a leading law firm.
• Proven experience in corporate law, corporate governance and multinational structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English; strong command of French.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• LL.M. or experience in EU law, public procurement, employment or commercial contract law is a plus.
