Legal Counsel

About the role

European Dynamics (ED) seeks a seasoned Legal Counsel to join its Athens office in Marousi. You will provide expert legal advice across corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, helping the company navigate complex multi‑jurisdictional environments while mitigating risk.

Key responsibilities

• Offer strategic legal counsel to senior management and stakeholders on a wide range of issues.
• Ensure compliance with finance, employment, and industry‑specific regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as employment agreements, freelance contracts, NDAs, DPAs, and public procurement contracts.
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes.
• Provide legal support for public procurement procedures.
• Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel across different countries.
• Review and update employee handbooks, codes of conduct, and internal policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Law and membership in a Greek Bar Association.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English, with strong French language skills.
• Solid analytical and opinion‑drafting abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‑paced team.
