About the role
The Legal Assistant will join Propontis Shipping Ltd. in Athens, supporting the company’s legal affairs related to corporate law, regulatory compliance, ship finance and insurance. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work within a leading maritime organization.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts, financing documents and insurance policies for the fleet.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with national and international maritime regulations.
- Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory matters affecting ship operations.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar legal support role.
