Learning & Performance Business Partner

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Learning & Performance Business Partner to act as a strategic ally to market and business leaders. The role will support skill, performance and talent initiatives that address both short‑term and long‑term business needs across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the performance management agenda and talent development initiatives across all business units.
• Design, implement and promote solutions to build capability of early‑career employees, including end‑to‑end ownership of the Discover Graduate Program.
• Collaborate with local, cluster and HR Centres of Expertise to deliver targeted skill and talent projects.
• Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on performance‑management best practices such as goal setting, feedback and evaluation.
• Monitor diversity targets, performance‑management and development KPIs, ensuring actions are prioritised and met.
• Partner with business, market and cluster HR teams to identify priorities and propose development solutions, leveraging the Vodafone Learning Organisation.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities, with a proven track record of building relationships at all organisational levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting performance data and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of adult‑learning principles, assessment, evaluation and programme design is an asset.
• Project‑management competence with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
