Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support hiring across the business and ensure a professional, efficient recruitment service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for recruitment‑related queries from employees and external candidates, providing a professional and responsive experience.
• Create, maintain and coordinate job adverts on the careers site, LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
• Organise and maintain candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Schedule candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and manage interview feedback administration.
• Maintain and regularly review job descriptions to ensure consistency with global standards.
• Liaise with the People & Culture team to draft, approve and send offer letters and employment contracts.
• Support coordination of recruitment agencies and external partners, keeping vendor records current.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and analytics, including time‑to‑fill and offer metrics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition, HR or a similar role.
• Highly organised, resilient and detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong team‑working skills and a collaborative approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
