Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Freenow is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that boost business performance and employee growth. You will work closely with product, operations and external partners to ensure teams are ready for new feature launches.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain interactive e‑learning modules (Articulate 360) and short‑form materials such as micro‑videos and guides.
• Analyze quality and performance data (QA, CSAT) to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions, tracking metrics like time‑to‑productivity using Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to translate technical updates into clear workflows.
• Coordinate training with external BPO partners, manage train‑the‑trainer initiatives and certification processes.
• Explore AI‑based learning technologies to enhance engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3‑5 years of L&D or training delivery experience, preferably in a customer‑service or tech environment.
• Proven ability to design digital and short‑form training content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve training outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
