About the role

We are looking for a law professional specialized in mergers and acquisitions to join our legal team within the EY Law network in Greece. The successful candidate will support clients across various industry sectors on complex transaction matters, building internal and external relationships while ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on M&A transactions and related corporate matters.
• Identify and assess risks in client engagements and raise issues proactively.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of professional standards, firm policies and procedures.
• Develop and nurture relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the delivery of high‑quality legal projects across multiple sectors.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in transactions or M&A.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to anticipate client needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to ethical standards.
