Junior Talent Acquisition Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Professional to support our growing consulting and outsourcing business. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to source and hire IT and engineering talent for internal projects and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and engineering positions, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Manage multiple open vacancies simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using market mapping, networking and sourcing techniques.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates, with training provided.
• Gain exposure to recruiting across technologies such as software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, AI, cyber security and ERP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related internships, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong organizational and prioritisation abilities, able to handle several vacancies and deadlines.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with a genuine interest in people‑focused recruitment.
• Analytical mindset and interest in data‑driven hiring.
