About the role
EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is looking for a motivated Junior Service Desk Engineer to join its headquarters in Athens. This position offers a chance to start a career in IT support within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work as part of a team of IT engineers providing desktop support to corporate users.
- Install and support desktop infrastructure and software.
- Provide technical support to corporate users.
- Manage and monitor desktop security.
- Collaborate with the corporate IT team on roll‑out of new IT services.
Required profile
- Foundation in desktop hardware and Microsoft Windows.
- 1–2 years of experience with desktop/laptop hardware.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
