Cyber Risk & Assurance Manager

About the role

Piraeus Bank is seeking an experienced Cyber Risk & Assurance Manager to strengthen its cyber resilience. You will lead risk assessments, support regulatory compliance, and coordinate security assurance activities across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cyber and information security risk assessments, including identification, evaluation, monitoring and reporting of security risks.
• Assess security controls, recommend risk treatment actions and monitor remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity KPIs, KRIs, dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate implementation of regulatory compliance initiatives such as DORA, NIS2, GDPR, PCI DSS and EBA Guidelines.
• Lead security assurance activities and ensure timely remediation of audit and regulatory findings.
• Act as primary liaison with Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management and regulatory authorities on cyber risk matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT or related field (BSc/MSc).
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in information security, with at least 2 years in risk, compliance or assurance.
• Proven experience in cyber risk management, GRC and security assurance within a complex enterprise.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating internal and external security audits and remediation programmes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA) are a plus.
