Service Delivery Manager – Customer Success & Technical Delivery

About the role

Mind The Hack is looking for a technically‑minded, customer‑focused Service Delivery Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing platform adoption. You will be the primary point of contact, coordinating requests, managing day‑to‑day service activities and working closely with Offensive Security, Engineering and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers, ensuring platform activation, configuration and user training.
• Provide first‑level technical support, resolve common issues and escalate complex cases.
• Coordinate with Offensive Security Engineers and Product teams to resolve technical problems and manage security assessment activities.
• Maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships, conduct regular review meetings and gather feedback for platform improvement.
• Monitor service performance, track requests against service‑level agreements and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and support processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Technical Customer Success, Technical Account Management or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and fundamental cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and coordinating cross‑functional technical teams.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confident communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
