About the role

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is looking for a motivated Junior Service Desk Engineer to join its headquarters in Athens. This position offers a chance to start a career in IT support within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

Work as part of a team of IT engineers providing desktop support to corporate users.
Install and support desktop infrastructure and software.
Provide technical support to corporate users.
Manage and monitor desktop security.
Collaborate with the corporate IT team on roll‑out of new IT services.

Required profile

Foundation in desktop hardware and Microsoft Windows.
1–2 years of experience with desktop/laptop hardware.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
