Junior HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Business Partner to support a leading Greek commercial company in the culture and entertainment sector. You will act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers, helping to drive day‑to‑day HR operations and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR liaison for employees and managers, providing advisory support on HR matters.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support performance management cycles and continuous improvement of related HR processes.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and help identify training needs.
• Contribute to employer branding and internal communications aligned with company culture.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and corporate activities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and sensitive cases.
• Liaise with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
• Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, company cars, and mobile plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• High interpersonal sensitivity, discretion, and stakeholder‑management skills.
