About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Italian‑speaking professional to join TaskUs in Thessaloniki. The role combines customer support, content moderation and sales activities, ensuring excellent service and safe digital experiences for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, delivering prompt and courteous assistance.
• Review and moderate user‑generated content to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates, share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and adhere to internal guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred.
