Customer Service Representative

About the role
The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers on behalf of Vinmar International. The role involves handling complaints, processing orders, providing product information, and forwarding sales leads to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on claims to ensure on‑time resolution within the agreed procedure.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
- Process orders, check credit status and keep account managers informed.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including updates to names, addresses and COA details.
- Collaborate with Sales, GRSC and Credit Control to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- A college degree, preferably in logistics or business.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent English and French speaking ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using SAP.
