IT Support Administrator (Greece)

About the role

The IT Support Administrator at Omilia is responsible for both end‑user support and back‑end IT systems administration. You will own platform configurations, access management and health monitoring of SaaS services, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer identity and access management systems, including user account creation, SSO configuration and regular access reviews.
• Manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Okta, handling provisioning, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Resolve Tier‑1 escalations, perform complex hardware/software troubleshooting and support end‑users within SLA.
• Monitor system health, apply patches, enforce endpoint compliance and support security audits.
• Oversee the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal and maintain runbooks, onboarding/off‑boarding procedures and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of IT or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of identity management platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).
• Experience with MDM/EMM solutions (Jamf, Intune) for device management.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS administration; basic Linux skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with IT security frameworks, endpoint protection and patch management.
• Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
