Graduate Infrastructure Operations Engineer

About the role

Content Guru is expanding its engineering team in Greece and seeks a technically skilled graduate to join as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer. You will work on high‑availability infrastructure, automation, and mission‑critical services for global clients. This role offers the chance to help set up and grow the new Greek entity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure using automation and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Continuously improve platform reliability and streamline operational workflows.
• Conduct daily monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Develop proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Provide 2nd line support for complex infrastructure issues and coordinate zero‑downtime deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams and technology stream leads on cutting‑edge infrastructure technologies.
• Participate in research, proof‑of‑concept, and implementation projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Completed mandatory military service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• General understanding of IT technologies with experience using Windows or Linux.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.
• Experience with scripting and automation, preferably PowerShell or Python.
