IT Internal Audit Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

PwC Greece is seeking an ambitious IT Internal Audit Manager to join its Governance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit team in Athens. You will lead high‑impact audit projects, help clients strengthen their IT control environment, and contribute to the resilience of their digital operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team to perform IT internal audit activities across complex systems such as ERP, CRM, SCM and WMS.
• Conduct comprehensive IT audit risk assessments, define the audit universe and create annual audit plans.
• Evaluate the security, reliability and compliance of IT operations against standards and regulations (DORA, NIS, GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Prepare detailed audit reports, presentations and visualisations for senior management and audit committees.
• Coach and review the work of GRC & IA Technology Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in IT internal or external audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify weaknesses and propose actionable improvements.

Required skills

• ERP, CRM, SCM, WMS systems knowledge.
• IT audit and risk assessment techniques.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks: DORA, NIS, GDPR, EU AI Act.
• Experience applying automated methods for internal control testing.
