IT Administrator – Manage Servers, Networks & ERP

About the role

The IT Administrator will ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, and enterprise applications. This role combines hands‑on technical work with user support and system security responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hardware inventory, coordinate repairs, and oversee installation of network peripherals, including UniFi Wi‑Fi systems.
• Administer ESXi virtualization hosts, create and maintain virtual machines, and support Windows Server 2019‑2022 environments.
• Maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, perform software installations, updates, and enforce security protocols.
• Provide end‑user technical support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Galaxy ERP/CRM applications, including account creation and training.
• Design and operate issue‑reporting and feedback mechanisms for internal users and external partners.
• Manage telephony systems and ensure overall information‑system security.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Organizational attention to detail and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
