ICT Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Security Manager to join our Athens team, supporting clients across Europe. The role focuses on safeguarding IT operations, infrastructure, and information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure security in IT operations and infrastructure.
• Maintain security tools and related technology.
• Monitor and audit compliance with security policies.
• Conduct security assessments of information systems.
• Provide guidance on implementing information security policies.
• Drive security specifications for information systems.
• Define and manage security incident response plans.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field or at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT security manager.
• Strong experience with quality‑control procedures, vulnerability testing, and corrective actions.
• Experience delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in an international, team‑oriented environment.
• Relevant security certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA) are a plus.
