Human Resources Generalist (Hospitality)

About the role

Ella Resorts is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support the rapid growth of its Mediterranean beachfront hotels. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, from recruitment to employee wellbeing, while fostering a culture that reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing, coordinate interviews, and collect hiring documentation.
• Manage onboarding processes, providing new hires with resources, training, and accommodation arrangements.
• Oversee employee housing, restaurant operations, and safety audits of staff facilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring fair and professional resolutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Schedule medical examinations and track completion of required health checks.
• Coordinate training sessions, monitor attendance, and support performance review activities.
• Execute employee reward initiatives and contribute to special HR projects.
• Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR software or technology systems.
