Human Resources Payroll Specialist

About the role

Ella Resorts is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate payroll administration across its Mediterranean resort properties. The role will coordinate between hotels, HR, Finance and external payroll providers to guarantee compliant salary calculations and statutory submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all employee lifecycle transactions in ERGANI, including hires, terminations and contract amendments.
• Submit and monitor work schedule, overtime and labor declaration submissions.
• Maintain audit‑ready employee records and support labor inspections.
• Administer Digital Work Card compliance and verify synchronization between timekeeping, payroll and ERGANI systems.
• Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, attendance anomalies and missing punches.
• Reconcile attendance data before payroll processing and generate reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor legislation and ERGANI compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with employees, managers and regulatory bodies.
