Talent Sourcer – Global Hiring

About the role

Viva.com is seeking a motivated Talent Sourcer to join its HR team. You will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and initially assessing candidates across the 31 European countries where we operate, with a strong focus on sales and commercial profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source active and passive candidates across all target countries using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other channels.
• Build and maintain high‑quality pipelines for sales and commercial roles while supporting other business functions.
• Conduct talent and competitor mapping, develop personalised outreach, and present the role and company clearly.
• Perform structured first‑stage phone screenings to evaluate experience, motivation and role fit.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, including detailed screening notes, and collaborate closely with recruiters.
• Leverage AI‑enabled sourcing and productivity tools responsibly to improve search quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to engage candidates across multiple cultures.
• Confidence in conducting first‑stage phone screenings or a willingness to develop quickly in this area.
