HRIS, Payroll & Digital Project Manager

About the role

Euronext is looking for an HRIS, Payroll and Digital Project Manager to join its HR Transformation team in Athens, reporting to the Head of HRIS. The role leads and delivers key initiatives across HR systems, payroll and digital projects, balancing day-to-day service reliability with HR transformation. It starts as soon as possible from 1 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS, time and absence, payroll and digital projects, including scoping, planning, governance, system enhancements, integrations and new entity onboarding, with accountability for timelines, risks, testing, user acceptance and implementation.
• Manage continuous improvement of HRIS solutions across countries, including Workday and Protime, coordinating user support, issue resolution, vendor follow-up and service performance.
• Own HR data quality and governance, establish controls and support automated data flows across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive the HR digital roadmap with the Head of HRIS, using data, automation and emerging technologies such as AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain the HR data governance framework, including an HR data dictionary for payroll, time, absence and core HR data.
• Oversee payroll operations, group provider governance and first-line controls across countries, monitor monthly cycles, resolve escalations and define and track KPIs.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience delivering complex projects in HRIS, payroll, digital transformation, business analysis or a related technology environment, with significant HR experience and end-to-end project ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes while staying hands-on with business-as-usual.
• Fluent English and French, with strong communication, facilitation and change management skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of HR systems and end-to-end HR processes (Workday, time and absence, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, talent management); multi-country payroll experience; understanding of APIs, data migration, integrations and automation.
