Intern – People & Culture

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a People & Culture intern to support its People & Culture team across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, employer branding and HR operations. The internship is full-time, fixed-term and lasts 6 months, with 5 working days per week (8.5 hours each day) according to Greek labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day People & Culture administration, documentation, reporting and coordination.
• Assist with recruitment: candidate coordination, interview scheduling, resume screening support and reporting.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, career fairs and recruitment events.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, training and learning and development initiatives.
• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellness and culture initiatives.
• Help with data collection, analysis, presentations, internal communications and special projects.
• Work with different departments and stakeholders while keeping confidential information and data private.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Hotel School, Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Fluent English and strong professional integrity, discretion and attention to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, critical thinking and willingness to learn.
