HR Generalist

About the role

Alumil is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Generalist to support and coordinate key stages of the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the HR team and department managers to support employee development, champion the workplace culture and handle core day-to-day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support HR policies and initiatives aligned with the Group's goals and strategy.
• Participate in and coordinate recruitment processes to attract top talent and support the Employer Brand.
• Support performance appraisals, facilitate onboarding and coordinate L&D activities.
• Run initiatives that boost engagement, foster inclusion, promote wellbeing and maintain a positive working environment.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and working with payroll.
• Provide daily guidance and support to employees on HR procedures, policies and workplace matters.

Required profile

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; MSc in Human Resource Management highly appreciated.
• Fluency in English.
• Effective communication, strong empathy, organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
