Employability Facilitator (Parental Cover)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration seeks an Employability Facilitator on parental cover to support the integration of beneficiaries of international and temporary protection into the Greek labour market. The role involves individual and group career counselling, employer mapping and organising employability‑focused events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one and group career counselling sessions to beneficiaries.
• Map potential employers, identify job vacancies and foster private‑sector collaborations.
• Organise workshops, seminars and events that enhance access to the labour market.
• Advise beneficiaries on documentation such as driving licences, language certificates and translation of documents.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper archiving of verification documents.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education, Economics or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written).

Required skills

• Computer literacy with standard software applications.
• Valid driver’s licence with at least five years of driving experience (advantageous).
