Director of People and Culture

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos is looking for a visionary and strategic Director of People & Culture to join its Planning Committee in a permanent role. You will be the driving force behind the hotel's talent strategy, shaping an environment where team members can thrive and deliver the legendary Four Seasons service.

Key responsibilities

• Secure today's and tomorrow's talent through proactive recruitment, performance management and career development.
• Oversee the training, induction and integration of new HR team members into their roles, the property and the Four Seasons culture.
• Build strong relationships with the General Manager and fellow Planning Committee members, and act as a strategic business partner and coach for colleagues.
• Support and drive Corporate People & Culture initiatives in line with brand standards.
• Take part in recruitment trips, college career fairs and other talent sourcing activities.
• Identify internal subject matter experts and share knowledge with sister properties via the Regional Director of People & Culture.
• Create, forecast, build and execute HR plans, budgets and policies, and ensure HR programmes run within budget.
• Analyse compensation and benefits market trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role; luxury hospitality experience is highly advantageous.
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English; Greek is a strong advantage, and solid knowledge of Greek labour law is an advantage.
• Experience managing diverse, multicultural teams and leading teams through growth and fast-paced change.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including handling confidential situations with empathy and diplomacy.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to grievance handling and employee relations.
